FBI agents and police from Yonkers, Peekskill, Ossining, and the Westchester County Department of Public Safety captured 37 of 43 suspects charged with involvement in what authorities have described as a nationwide crack cocaine ring. The alleged leader, 27-year-old Elvis Santana, of Yonkers, is being held in the county jail without bail.
Six of the suspects remain at large; four men from Peekskill, and two from the Bronx.
