20 Great Real Estate Deals

Today, there are almost 4,000 single-family homes for sale in Westchester.  A heck of a lot of homes, and that doesn’t include townhomes, condos, co-ops or multifamilies. How does one sift through them? We asked Lynn Harmonay of Sotheby’s International Realty in Chappaqua for the current best buys in our county. She chose a bunch: “To make my short list, it must be interesting and a value—not necessarily the least expensive,” she says. And warns: “This list may bring on property lust.” Here are her top 20 great real estate picks from various real estate companies—with Harmonay’s reasons for why you should grab one now.
