635 South Broadway, Tarrytown
In honor of its 12th anniversary in Tarrytown, Jazz Forum Arts hosts eight Thursday evening concerts at Lyndhurst. The $10 fee provides access to the grounds, and registration is required in advance. The concerts are spread through July and August, and all take place from 6:30-8 p.m.
Pleasantville
If an epic lineup of musicians is what you’re after, look no further than the Pleasantville Music Festival. Presented by Northwell Health, the show takes place on Saturday, July 9, and features a long list of musical acts, including X Ambassadors, Black Joe Lewis & The Honeybears, Glenn Tilbrook of Squeeze, Paula Cole, and many more. Tickets range from $30 to $75, with discounts for seniors and students and free admission for children under 12. Prices increase closer to the show, so it pays to be an early bird here.
Waterfront Park, Dobbs Ferry
To celebrate its 22nd anniversary in Dobbs Ferry, Jazz Forum Arts kicks off eight free Wednesday evening concerts at Waterfront Park. The shows run from 6:30-8 p.m., but feel free to stop by beforehand at 5:30 p.m. for Jitterbugs, a free pre-concert program for kids up to 10 years old.

Henry Gourdine Park, Ossining
How delightful does catching a concert along the Ossining waterfront sound? Jazz Forum Arts presents four free Monday concerts (July 11, July 25, August 8, August 22) for the community to get out and celebrate all things jazz. All shows run from 6:30-8 p.m., while performers vary each week. Look forward to Noa Fort Quartet on July 11, Mike Clark Organ Trio – Pat Bianchi & Tom Guarna on July 25, Mala Waldron Quartet on August 8, and Peter Brainin & Talking Drum on August 22.
9 River St, Sleepy Hollow
Pop over to Horan’s Landing for four free Tuesday evening shows in August. Led by Jazz Forum Arts, the concert series features Mark Morganelli & The Jazz Forum All-Stars. All concerts run from 6:30-8 p.m. on Tuesdays from August 2 to August 23.
Pierson Park, Tarrytown
Jazz Forum Arts treats the Tarrytown community to eight free Friday evening concerts this summer. No tickets are needed to attend the shows, which run from 6:30-8 p.m. Here’s the lineup:
Armonk Square, Armonk
Music in the Square is part of the Armonk Chamber of Commerce’s summer music events. The shows are co-sponsored by Fortina and run from 6-8 p.m., making them ideal for families.
Mamaroneck Ave, White Plains
Mark your calendar for June 26! That’s when Rock White Plains takes over downtown for an evening of good times and great songs. Soul/pop band Sister Sparrow & The Dirty Birds opens the show, while American rock band Spin Doctors leads the event. Tickets run $15 per person, and the event takes place from 6:30-9:30 p.m., with gates opening at 6 p.m.
Kensico Dam Plaza, Valhalla
Concerts with a view? That’s what you’ll get when you head over to Kensico Dam Plaza for The Robison Summer Concert Series this season. Hosted by Westchester County Parks, the concerts run from 7-9 p.m., with gates opening at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $10 per person, while parking is free. Guests can bring chairs, blankets, and even a picnic for the shows.

Cross County Center, Yonkers
Cross County Center offers a slew of free concerts for the Westchester community this summer. Attendees can bring chairs and blankets to set up at The Green, located in the center of the mall near Michael Kors and GUESS. As for what to expect, the musical acts vary from one concert to the next, while food trucks park nearby for scrumptious eats during the shows. All shows take place from 6:30-8 p.m. Here’s the upcoming lineup:
Wampus Brook Park, Armonk
Another summer music event presented by the Armonk Chamber of Commerce, the gazebo concerts also take place from 6-8 p.m.
Jack DeVito Memorial Gazebo, Yorktown Heights
Thank the Yorktown Lions Club and the Yorktown Parks and Recreation Department for this free summer concert series. The shows take place on Sundays at 6 p.m. throughout the season (except for the final concert, which begins at 5 p.m.). In case of rain, the concerts will move to the Yorktown Stage Theater. Attendees can bring chairs to watch the show, and the Lions will have drinks and snacks for sale as well.
New Rochelle
New Rochelle hosts a community concert series throughout July and August this summer. Presented by the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, the shows are free to attend and take place on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. at the Hudson Park Band Shell or Fridays at 7:30 p.m. at NewRo Park.
