Love shopping local? Head to these Westchester County craft fairs for summer fun and handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts galore.

Summer is officially underway in Westchester, and so are all our favorite summer activities. Beach days, berry picking, ice cream and—of course—craft fairs are in full swing. Check out these fairs to find the coolest and most unique jewelry, furniture, crafts, and more, with good food and music on the side.

Cornwall Artisan Craft Faire

Just 20 minutes from the Bear Mountain Bridge, Cornwall is the place to be to start your Fourth of July celebrations. From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the Cornwall Craft Faire returns after two years of pandemic postponements. Sort through a mixed bag of artisan vendors with quality, handmade offerings. Come for the crafts and stay for everything else as Cornwall has an action-packed holiday with fun for the whole family.

South Salem Antiques and Artisans Show

Another option for your Fourth of July is this craft fair here in northeast Westchester. The South Salem Antiques and Artisans Show will feature art, furniture, jewelry, pottery, and much more that is sure to catch your eye. So, come to the Church Yard from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and go home with something unique.

Nyack’s Famous Street Fair

Main Street & Broadway, Nyack
July 10

Just across the river from Westchester is the famous Nyack Street Fair, which will have 250 vendors when it opens on Sunday, July 10, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Arts, crafts, food, drinks, and music will all be available at this celebratory summer event. It will run rain or shine, so be sure to circle this date on your calendar.

September 11

Check out Hastings Flea on the second Sunday of every month from April to November to find some of the coolest local crafts. In addition to the jewelry, furniture, clothes, and more, there will also be food, music, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. This market has been located in Hastings-on-Hudson since 2013 and provides an excellent crafting experience. The next edition will be on Sunday, September 11.

Fall Crafts at Lyndhurst

What do you imagine the perfect backdrop for a summer craft fair is? How about a sprawling 67-acre park that is a National Historic Landmark sitting along the Hudson River? Even though we’re approaching late summer here, this mid-September festival will have everything you can think of—just four days before the official end of summer. You can shop for Halloween decorations, holiday gifts, or even settle those Mother’s and Father’s Day presents well ahead of schedule. With food, tours, and much more, this September 16-18 event is one you won’t want to miss.
