Neiman Marcus in White Plains had a grand opening for their latest boutique on the first floor featuring jewelry from Van Cleef & Arpels last Thursday evening from 5 to 7pm. At the grand opening, one can browse the jewelry, try it on, drink champagne, and take home three beautiful flowers from Joseph Richard Florals.
