Rye Brook What used to be a tight, cramped hallway with the laundry in the entry closet is now a functional and stylish mudroom. Lara Michelle moved the laundry upstairs to make room for a built-in bench in the renovated space. A new side entry door was added for easy access and new lighting, wallpaper, furniture, tile, paint, and hardware were added.

Chappaqua This 1995 Colonial was completely renovated. As part of the project, a new mudroom was added. It serves as a primary point of access to the home, therefore the client wanted to create a space that is comfortable to welcome guests, as well as organize family belongings. It is also connected to the garage, laundry, and a full bathroom, so it is a very well-used room.

Chappaqua This mudroom is one of the most used and favorite rooms in this Chappaqua home. It features a rock floor, built-in bench seating, and pops of color thanks to well-chosen accessories. It includes hooks, cubbies, and a bench with storage, as well as upper cabinets. The large bay of windows offers up plenty of natural light making the space feel larger than it is.
