July 15, 17: Yeah, Yeah, Yeah: Deconstructing the Early Beatles, with Beatles expert Scott Freiman
July 23: Sing Me the Songs That Say I Love You, followed by a Q&A with Sloan Wainwright and John Platt, along with a live performance
July 24: David Amram: The First 80 Years, followed by a Q&A with musician David Amram, director Lawrence Kraman, the Guthrie Foundation’s (and Woody’s granddaughter) Anna Canoni, and Copeland House’s Michael Boriskin, along with a live performance
July 31: Charlie Is My Darling, screening with WFUV’s Dennis Elsas
The series continues into August with Ain’t in It for My Health: A Film About Levon Helm (August 1) and Big Easy Express (August 27).
