EHP Resort & Marina offers the perfect combination of Hamptons chic and beachy charm for a low-key luxury getaway.
Sometimes, the best weekend getaways are the ones where, once you get there, you don’t want to go anywhere else during your stay. That’s part of the appeal at the newly renovated EHP Resort & Marina, set on nine acres of waterfront property on serene Three Mile Harbor, just 10 minutes from East Hampton town. EHP truly offers a full weekend of low-key luxury all within its borders: Peaceful, bespoke accommodations with plenty of room to relax? Check. Stylish on-premise dining? Check. Chic pool for lounging and swimming? Check. Gorgeous sunset views? Check. Adorable waterside cafe for morning coffee and pastries? Check.

EHP also offers a full-service marina with 58 boat slips, a beach play area for kids, a fitness center located in an historic chapel from the 1800s, brand-new tennis courts, and a gorgeous boutique to fulfill any shopping fix.
Just opened in 2021, EHP received a $5 million facelift from its former incarnation as the iconic East Hampton Point. Completely upgraded and renovated, the resort now offers 20 total rooms, a mix of one- to three-bedroom suites and one- and two-bedroom standalone cottages with kitchenettes and sitting rooms — all tastefully conveying an airy, modern, and effortlessly chic vibe. The signature restaurant, Sí Sí, is a standout, with to-die-for sunset views and a creative fine-dining menu that celebrates the vibrant cuisine of the Mediterranean and pulls heavily from local and seasonal ingredients. An after-dinner cocktail at Sí Sí’s insanely cool bar is a must.

EHP also boasts two other dining destinations: the brand-new Sunset Harbor, offering top-notch American fare overlooking Three Mile Harbor, and a mini outpost of Montauk’s favorite coffee shop, Buongiorno. (EHP’s prolific owners are also debuting the French bistro Enchanté in nearby Southampton, and have renovated the Inn Spot, just minutes from Ponquogue Beach in Hampton Bays, with on-site Crash Cantina, an open-air restaurant with an expansive outdoor patio overlooking the bay.)
