You can head to Broadway to see the glitzed-up story of the Motor City’s music in Motown: The Musical—or you can head to the Stamford Center for the Arts’ Palace Theatre on August 17 for the real thing. There, Kennedy Center Honor recipient and all-around musical legend Diana Ross will give a one-night-only concert. Since stepping out with The Supremes in the early ’60s, Ross has sold more than 100 million records and recorded 18 number-one hits. For her world-spanning tour, she’ll take to the stage to perform her favorites (and wow you with all those costume changes).
