Spacious guest rooms line the perimeter of the fourth floor of this luxurious residential building, where both celebrities and iconic beachcombers reside. With floor-to-ceiling windows, each room opens up to a terrace with a view: either of the ocean or surrounding dunes. Each room has a decadent king bed with 500-thread-count sheets, and the rooms are colored in calm, earthy tones, reminiscent of driftwood.

Book a loft room for a larger space that includes a sofa bed, along with working and dining spaces. All rooms have beautiful personal touches with living plants, books, slippers, and robes. Out on the pool deck it is lush, with seasonal flowers and trees. During the summer months, the Pool Bar & Grille serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a beachfront garden feel.

There is no storage of activities within minutes of the hotel. The Asbury Ocean Club’s sister hotel, The Asbury (located directly across the street), offers bowling lanes and a nostalgic ’50s era restaurant called The Diner and a rooftop bar, Baronet, that spotlights as an outdoor yoga studio in the mornings and hosts movie nights and full moon parties in the evenings. Down on the boardwalk, there are artists, cafes, upscale and midscale dining options, and no shortage of people watching.
