This free event features several concerts starting July 4 at Harbor Island Park in Mamaroneck. The bands lined up to play offer an eclectic mix of music for everyone to enjoy.
Tuesday, July 4, the St. Thomas Orchestra will hit the stage during the Mamaroneck Fire Department’s Annual Carnival to perform symphonic music. The Soundettes, a four-part women’s a Capella group, are set to take the stage first to sing the Star Spangled Banner at 8 p.m.
Sunday, July 16, enjoy the sounds of New York Jazz mixed with Latin Jazz when the Bensen-Scott Big Band performs. This concert will feature music from the 1940s swing era, but with a little Latin flare.
