Moon Mouse

Oct 12, Emelin Theatre

On the surface, Moon Mouse is a familiar story of misfits and insecurity: an outcast named Marvin the Mouse longs, above all, to be a hero. However, this tale comes with a twist; Marvin turns to science and fantasy to escape the teasing, creating an incredible world of his own in the process. Performed with Lightwire’s impressive electroluminescent theatrics, Moon Mouse provides an innovative and visually stunning take on a children’s stage performance.

Spooky Tales

Oct 30, Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts

Test-drive your Halloween costumes and get a head start on holiday celebrations at the annual Spooky Tales, a storytelling performance presented by Caramoor Center for Music and the Arts. Little ones aged three to eight are enthusiastically invited to dress up — with the added bonus of prizes for everyone who does. The event will also provide hot cider and cookies for guests in the Summer Dining Room to help get participants in the spirit of the season.
