Larchmont The design directive for this studio apartment was simple, create space-saving solutions that are stylish. To achieve this, a vertical wall bed was installed to maximize the apartment’s limited floor space and it was designed with lots of cabinetry and shelving to increase storage. Lighter finishes were used to create the idea of a larger space, including white high gloss and latte and light driftwood finishes.

White Plains This apartment in a luxury high rise building was a “fantastic project” says designer Nancy Davilman who completely renovated the kitchen, powder room, and master suite creating a modern and serene space. She utilized bespoke furniture throughout and dropped the ceilings to add cove lighting.

Rye This project was the re-imagination and renovation of a townhouse originally designed by a team, which included Edward Durrell Stone, Architect of the Museum of Modern Art and the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts. The challenge was to take a long, skinny plan with dark areas in the middle and create an open, light-filled interior with lots of built-in storage for a couple downsizing from a large house.
