Their signature brews include a double-dry-hopped Imperial New England IPA, an Argentinian blonde ale, and a West Coast-style IPA. Small bites (Greek hummus and grilled pita) and sandwiches (lobster roll, Cuban, panini) are on the short menu, along with sausages made with New York State-raised livestock (German bratwurst, Italian sausage, serrano-and-cheddar chorizo). A gourmet-coffee program was in the works as of press time.
