In recognition of 4/20, we ran an online survey in April to take the county’s temperature on Cheech & Chong’s favorite subject — cannabis. Even a cursory glance at the results reveals that while tolerance for pot smoking seems to be liberalizing rapidly, we’re still lightweights here in Westchester when it comes to personal consumption.
