Rita K. Gilbert
Admitted to practice law in 1980, Rita K. Gilbert is a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rated attorney, the highest distinction a lawyer can receive from his or her colleagues. Her practice areas include Estate and Trust law, Estate litigation, Matrimonial law, Real Estate law, Corporate law, and Elder law. A published author, Rita is former chair of the Westchester Community Foundation and the Benjamin N. Cardozo Society, UJA-Federation and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Justice Brandeis Westchester Law Society.
