Pizza Vitale is owned and operated by Francesco Vitale, an experienced pizzaiolo born and raised in Napoli, Italy and a full-time pizzaiolo for over 30 years. After working in Napoli and London Francesco moved to New York City in 1995, turning out pizzas on the Upper East Side at Mezzaluna & Brio before becoming co-owner of Pizza Mezzaluna in Soho. We use Mulino Caputo flour and Pomilia tomatoes imported from Napoli, fresh fior-di-latte mozzarella and locally sourced toppings. We’re available for private events and festivals. In addition, we offer the best authentic wood-fired Pizza Napoletana in Westchester — Voted Best New Food Truck 2020 by Westchester Magazine.
