Marianne Hoffman devotes her practice to matrimonial and family law including divorce, child custody, prenuptial agreements, paternity, litigation, trial practice, negotiation, settlement, collaborative law and mediation. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and has been named in Super Lawyers Top Attorneys in the New York Metro Area in Family Law since 2013. Ms. Hoffman presently serves as the Chairperson of the Westchester County Bar Association Family Law Section. She has lectured on the topics of Matrimonial and Family law for the New York State Bar Association, the Westchester County Bar Association, the New Rochelle Bar Association and various other professional organizations.
