The helpers placed by Family Helpers focus on creative activities, such as decorating flowerpots with seashells, and planting a flower/plant in the decorated pot. Supplies needed for this activity: planter pot, soil, plant/flower, glue gun, gorilla glue, and the seashells. Put hot glue on the edges of the shell and glue them onto the pot from the bottom up. Add gorilla glue at the top edge of every shell and let it dry out completely. Fill the pot with soil and insert a flower/plant. This activity is educational. It enhances fine motor and social skills, creativity, bonding, engagement, and a love for nature.
