Solution: My best tip is to stick to timeless neutrals for kitchens, baths, and floors. A cool trendy look now can feel dated in no time! In the 20 years I have been in business I have shuddered in seeing countless examples. Neutrals are lasting and can be dressed by a stager to reflect trends when you are ready to sell. Another tip for the “work from home” era is to add a door! An archway fitted with glass bifold doors provides privacy, soundproofing, and keep the open feel you love.
