BXVL Coffeehouse

BXVL Coffeehouse

The former Bronxville Metro-North station has been transformed by restaurant owner Charu Rana into BXVL Coffeehouse, a bustling café with a sophisticated European feel. The vibe changes throughout the day from morning commuters fueling up on coffees and cappuccinos to a relaxed meeting place and lunch destination.  The café offers an outstanding selection of sandwiches, soups, and desserts, along with an impressive selection of wine and beer. There are vegan and gluten-free options available, including a beautiful composed salad and an outstanding hummus and cucumber sandwich. Open Monday through Friday, 6 am to 4 pm, Saturdays 8 am to 4 pm, and lunch daily from 10 am to 2 pm.

Chigo Restaurant

Chigo Restaurant

After focusing on developing bespoke restaurant concepts for clients (Cb5 Hospitality Group is celebrating 25 years this month with 485 restaurants worldwide), I now own and operate only one — Chigo. Our mission is to bring the Chinese-American classic dishes we grew up loving to a more evolved platform by using organic, healthy ingredients with no additives or artificial ingredients. We added modern American sensibility with state-of-the-art delivery systems, planet-friendly packaging, and a passion for crafting bright fresh dishes by cooking each item to order and procuring the finest product from boutique micro farms to local farmers markets. Our own team of drivers efficiently cover a delivery range from Scarsdale to Greenwich, CT. We have our very own app and are open every night except on Thanksgiving. Chigo is expanding in the local market with three new locations coming this spring and opening in Boston this summer.

Da Giorgio

Da Giorgio

Chef Giorgio Giacinto, who calls his establishment an Authentic Calabrian Kitchen in honor of where his parents were born and the inspiration behind his food, helms Da Giorgio’s.  He trained throughout Italy where he learned both his art and the appreciation of fresh ingredients, which is a cornerstone to his success. He personally shops daily and creates specials based on the items that are at their peak flavor. Da Giorgio’s has been featured on the Food Network and comes highly recommended by Zagat and The New York Times. Those in the know keep it quiet because space is limited, and they want to ensure that their seats are available.  Reservations recommended.
