Experience pain-free dentistry: Anthony DeBenedictis, DDS, PLLC

Q. Is pain-free dentistry actually possible?

A. Imagine pain-free dentistry. For the patients in our practice, this is the reality they experience. Instead of the needle used to provide anesthesia and the familiar sound of drilling, we use a Solea laser that is virtually pain and anesthesia free, which also helps free our patients from anxiety and fear. In addition to the latest equipment and technology, patients can expect high-level expertise in family and cosmetic dentistry, ranging from CEREC porcelain crown restorations and teeth whitening in one visit to Invisalign braces and BioHorizon dental implants. All of our dental treatments are performed in-house with our staff of multi-specialists, including an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and periodontist.

A smile makeover addresses gaps between teeth and more: Advanced Dentistry

Q. When I see myself on Zoom, I notice that my teeth have become worn and old-looking. How can I bring back my youthful smile?

A. Although wearing a mask in public hides your smile, the Zoom get-togethers show every imperfection. If you are concerned about worn and discolored teeth, gaps, and chipped teeth, a smile makeover not only addresses all of these issues, but can make you look 15 years younger. Using a range of techniques from bleaching to porcelain veneers, we create beautiful and natural-looking smiles. Before any work is done, a photograph is taken and revised to reveal how your new smile will look. Once you love the look of trial veneers, the porcelain veneers are created, and you leave with the smile you’ve always wanted. We also share our approach to esthetics with other dentists through the classes we teach and our articles and chapters on cosmetic dentistry.

Restoring your sensational smile: The Center for Cosmetic Dentistry

Center for Cosmetic DentistryJan2022

Q. Is there any way to actually see my new smile before committing to getting veneers?

A. Yes! We take digital impressions and photos, and then convert all the data into a smile design through high-tech digital simulation. This allows us to present photos and a video of your new teeth digitally placed in your actual mouth. You are able to see your new smile before any work is done!

Improving smiles using digital dentistry: Elevation Dental Studio, PC

Q. How can I straighten my teeth without doing traditional braces?

A. Many people are concerned about the position of their teeth, such as when there is crowding, spacing, or relapse after braces. Clear aligners are a great option to help create beautiful, healthy teeth. At our practice, we utilize digital scanning to make the process quick and easy. No more messy impressions, which can be challenging for gaggers. The scan is completed in a few minutes and a treatment plan created soon after. The technology can also create mouthguards, retainers, whitening trays, and more. Our team strives to help every patient meet their goals and elevate their smile!

Keeping the youngest patients fearless: Main Street Pediatric Dentistry

Q. How do you keep your young patients comfortable and unafraid?

A. Everyone on the Main Street Pediatric Dentistry team is known for their uncompromising care. We use the “Tell, Show, Do” method so that nothing is scary. Toddlers, teens, and young adults — patients who are now bringing their own children to the practice — reflects generation after generation of kids who love coming to the dentist. I, along with my associates, Dr. Emelie, Dr. Danya, and Dr. Fatina, and the nurturing team at MSPD, love working with children and it shows. The office has compassion for all patients and everyone on staff is trained to work with special needs children.

Using minimally invasive implant techniques: Precision Arts Dental Associates, PC

Q. What are the advantages of using minimally invasive techniques to insert dental implants?

A. In addition, the ability to use minimally invasive techniques for procedures that once required a surgical approach has helped reduce patients’ fears and their reluctance to undergo certain treatments. We use advanced technology and a minimally invasive implant protocol that allows for rapid healing with little or no discomfort, bleeding, or swelling and with a high success rate. By locating implants with a computer model first, we can fabricate a temporary fixed bridge before you¹re ever touched by surgery. To set your mind at ease, we recommend that you come in for an informative, no-fee consultation. We also treat sleep apnea, snoring, and airway disorders with the latest technical advances. To keep patients safe during the COVID pandemic, our offices are fogged with Hypochlorous acid between patients to sterilize all surfaces and filtered with ultrafine, virus eliminating equipment. Hypochlorous acid destroys viruses and bacteria 70 times more effectively than household bleach.

Straightening teeth with clear aligners: Smiles by Dr. Sofia, DMD

Q. What are the benefits of a straighter smile using clear aligners?

A. Everyone wants a beautiful, straight smile. But, did you know aligning your teeth can correct other oral health problems? Crowded teeth trap plaque in hard-to-reach areas making it hard to clean. This can lead to gum inflammation and even gum disease. Improper tooth alignment also affects your bite. More bite force is placed on some teeth, which can lead to fractured teeth and pain in the jaw, muscles, and TMJ. Clear aligners can help prevent and correct these problems. In our office, we offer a free consultation with a 3D scan. Come see if you are a candidate for clear aligners today!
