Q. What can I do about a dark tooth right in the front of my smile?
“A single dark or broken tooth in the front of your smile can often be easily fixed. We first determine whether a root canal on the tooth is needed or if a previous root canal needs re-treatment. Next, with CEREC technology we use an all-digital process to make a crown or a veneer in about an hour and a half. The damaged tooth can be made to look identical to any tooth near it. Colors and other details can be added to the printed tooth and the customized crown is bonded in — all in the same appointment.”

Q. What is the best non-surgical treatment to reduce or eliminate bothersome body fat?
“CoolSculpting and CoolTone by Allergan (the maker of Botox) and TruSculpt iD by Cutera, are delivering the most technologically advanced, non-invasive treatments to reduce and eliminate fat from bothersome areas that are otherwise non-responsive to exercise and diet. CoolTone, for example, tones and strengthens the abs, glutes, and thighs using magnetic muscle stimulation to trigger strong muscle contractions that would be difficult, even impossible, to achieve by exercising. TruSculpt iD and CoolSculpting use RF energy to heat and freeze, respectively, damaging the fat cells, which are then permanently eliminated by the body. We are the only practice in Westchester to have all of these different devices and to be designated by Cutera as a Center of Excellence. To individualize the best and most cost-effective treatments, I personally consult with patients. I also perform non-surgical face, neck and eyelid lifting. Consultations are free!”
