Emile Hirsch’s poison-berry induced death at the end of (Spoiler alert!) Into the Wild have you hell-bent on avoiding the same fate? Out to find your own add-in for Sunday morning’s pancakes? Either way—because these are the only possible reasons you’re curious about what’s edible in your back woods—Stone Barns Center’s gardener, Laura Perkins, has the answer.
