PLATES’ New Year’s specials start at just $30 and run from New Year’s Eve to New Year’s Day evening. The PLATES team will be offering three seatings with three dining options. Bring the family around 5 pm on New Year’s Eve for $60 with a child’s menu for $20. At 7 pm and 9:30 pm the restaurant will be offering a $100 four-course prix fixe menu and a glass of bubbly. The 9:30 seating will consist of a midnight toast and party favors. To add to the bargains, dining at the bar at 7 or 9:30, or taking your dinner to go, will get you half off the menu. Among the specials are cream of mushroom and chestnut soup, roasted halibut, and coconut cream pie.
