“First Steps Program for Businesses,” a two-part program from the Women’s Enterprise Development Center (WEDC), is designed to introduce attendees to small business ownership. Find out if you have what it takes, learn about financial readiness, and get an overview of business planning. The two sessions take place on Tuesday, August 26 from 5:30-8:30 pm and Thursday, August 28, from 5:30-8:30 pm at the Mt. Vernon Public Library’s Grace Greene Baker Community Room.
