Westchester 2013 Bucket List: Golf at Quaker Ridge and Winged Foot Golf Clubs

Westchester is home to some of the best golf courses in the nation, including several designed by A.W. Tillinghast. Among them: Quaker Ridge in Scarsdale and Winged Foot’s East and West Courses in Mamaroneck. Don’t have a membership to these clubs?  Here’s a tip: You can buy your way in, at least for a day, by attending one of the many charity golf outings held every summer. Or better yet, make pals with a member.
