HEALING HEARTS FOR HAITI

We don’t make a habit of sending Westchesterites to the city, but when it’s to benefit the youngest victims of the Haitian earthquake, we make an exception. Bruce Schoenberg, owner of Oasis Day Spa (50 Livingstone Ave, Dobbs Ferry, 914-409-1900; One Park Ave, New York, 212-254-7722) is the chair of this fundraiser to be held February 12 from noon to 8 pm in the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Hyatt New York (109 East 42nd St, New York, 212-883-1234)

“Everything from the venue, to the time and services of those involved, to the products being sold and auctioned at the event are one-hundred percent donated.” Schoenberg says. “For this event, the spa and wellness communities are uniting with UNICEF to raise funds, and all the proceeds will go directly to providing relief to Haiti’s youth.”
