Twenty Five Maple in downtown New Rochelle boasts an array of lavish amenities for its residents, not to mention proximity to the train station.
Another apartment complex is making its way into the ever-growing downtown New Rochelle. Dubbed Twenty Five Maple, the boutique building is conveniently located within the heart of the city’s downtown, sitting nearby dozens of restaurants and shops and just blocks from the Metro-North train station.
The seven-story building is located at 25 Maple Ave, just off Main Street. It features 184 apartments, including a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms starting at $1,905 per month.
“With Twenty Five Maple, we intend to continue the leasing successes that we’ve enjoyed in downtown New Rochelle, which is experiencing a renaissance in first-class urban living,” says James Wendling, COO of WBP Development.
When it’s time to unwind, residents can travel up to the roof to find a fully equipped fitness center with an outdoor bathing area and a yoga area, then wind down at the residents’ lounge and enjoy a drink from the bar. The rooftop boasts a game room equipped with a pool table, large TV, and a business center, perfect for game night with friends.
Within the indoor parking garage, there are electric car charging stations available and a storage area for bikes.
“We are thrilled to have launched the leasing program at Twenty Five Maple, offering residents a rich array of amenities in a pristine, boutique building in the center of it all in New Rochelle,” says Jackie Urgo, President of The Marketing Directors, the exclusive marketing and leasing firm representing the property.
