Michele Flood, an award-winning associate real estate broker affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Rye, has been ranked among the top real estate sales professionals in the country. Based on sales volume from last year, Flood ranked number 247 in the “The Thousand” report published by The Wall Street Journal/REAL Trends. Hudson Health Plan Employee Receives Lifetime Achievement Award
Margaret (Peggy) Leonard of Hudson Health Plan has been honored by the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) with a Lifetime Achievement Award for her success in developing innovative programs. She joined Hudson Health Plan in 1998 and has since made a large impact on the field of managed care through programs such as “Mommy and Me,” which introduced an innovative way to identify Hudson members most at risk for pregnancy and childbirth complications. “I am personally honored to receive this prestigious award from my peers, and I thank Hudson for making it possible,” said Leonard, who is also a prolific author and frequent speaker.
MSM DesignZ, Inc. Wins Bid for Agency of Record
The White Plains Downtown Business Improvement District has recently chosen MSM DesignZ, Inc. as its agency of record. As a result, the company will be transforming the organization’s online advertising presence by revamping its website. MSM DesignZ has over 500 completed projects, including some with companies like Kellogg’s and the New York Rangers, and they are excited about the opportunity to work with the White Plains Business Improvement District. “We were up against 16 other fantastic design and advertising companies, so this is truly a great feat for us here at MSM,” said CEO and founder, Mario Mirabella. “We hope to increase web traffic and attract new members through a more engaging and user-friendly site experience.”
