Local father and daughter teams from Westchester and the surrounding metro area took the top prizes in the 19th annual World Invitation Father & Daughter Golf Tournament held in July at County Kerry’s Waterville Golf Links.

Clare and Larry Foley from the Country Club of Fairfield won the championship title.

MGA President Michael Sullivan and his daughter Stephanie of Garden City GC won the low gross score category.

|
Second in low gross score was Steven and Kaitlyn Lee. The Westchester CC team won the category last year.

Wykagyl CC’s Jared and Carly Haines won the “Best Dressed” prize.
Carr Golf hosted 32 teams from around the world at Waterville, one of the world’s most challenging seaside courses. In addition to two days of competition, the entrants also celebrated with nightly dinners and entertainment including traditional Irish food and local music.
