The Woman’s Club of White Plains celebrated the 100th anniversary of the construction of its clubhouse, The C.V. Rich Mansion, with a Centennial Gala. Guests toured the mansion during a pre-dinner reception followed by an elegant dinner held in the ballroom. Meryl Lefkowitz, public relations manager for Bloomingdale’s White Plains; Nicole Sheindlin, founder and executive director of Her Honor Mentoring; and Marie Mc Mahon, president of Mc Mahon, Lyon & Harnett Funeral Home, were presented with Pillar of the Community awards. Located on Ridgeway in the southern section of White Plains, the mansion was recently recognized on the National Register of Historic Places.
