Made with everything from beetroot to turmeric and ginger, these colorful drinks have popped up in cafes across Westchester. The next time you’re in Ossining, stop by First Village Coffee to grab one of their new wellness drinks. The cafe partners with Saku Tea in Seattle to offer a turmeric-based Golden Orange latte, a Ruby Cocoa latte with beetroot, and cocoa- and vanilla-matcha jade lattes.
