The Golf Hall of Famer visits Armonk’s Summit Club for short game clinic to help Westchesterites improve their game.
The public is invited this weekend when LPGA legend Jan Stephenson makes a special appearance at Westchester’s new Summit Club at Armonk. The event will include a short game golf clinic with a Q&A and a chance to meet one of the LPGA’s greatest stars. It’s scheduled for Saturday, May 22, between 3:00 and 5:00 PM. Light refreshments will be served and reservations are requested to ensure a spot.
“Jan is one of the LPGA’s greatest players and we’re looking forward to having her here at The Summit Club,” says Christopher A. Schiavone, Managing Partner of the club. “This is a great opportunity for area golfers to spend a few hours with Jan and get some short game tips from a celebrated Hall of Famer.”
During an illustrious career, Stephenson won 16 LPGA titles and three majors, including the 1983 U.S. Women’s Open and the 1982 LPGA Championship.
