The hottest foodie party of May is shaping up to be a doozy with an all-star team that includes Chef David DiBari of the Cookery (Dobbs Ferry), Chef’s Kyle Inserra and Mike Abruzzese of Polpettina (Eastchester/Larchmont), Chef Craig Cupani of Glass House Tavern (Manhattan), and Chef Chris Vergara of Saint George (Hastings-on-Hudson), and more—all throwing down. Rumor has it that some of the treats planned for Westchester’s first gay mixer might have a tongue in cheek slant; DiBari plans a riff on sausage and clams, while Abruzzese has mentioned something about pork butts and beef tongue. Look for cocktails from Peter Kelly’s Slovenia Vodka.
