DreamDry and Spruce & Bond — a new one-stop beauty destination that combines multiple high-end branded salon services, as well as retail, under one roof — is determined to change all that. The 2500-square-foot complex, built out from Scarsdale’s existing Spruce & Bond location, brings together Hudson Blvd Group’s (HBG) successful luxury brands, offering hair, manicure, makeup, and other stations and spaces. The location also features a selection of merchandise curated by HBG’s creative director, Rachel Zoe, with retail “pods” sprinkled throughout the property.
