Pros(e) Of Pie At Curious-On-Hudson Combines Storytelling And Pie Baking

Bake a pie, bring a pie, tell a story.

It’s time for the next Pros(e) of Pie! If you’re unfamiliar with this gig, it’s a monthly open mic for tellers of true, personal stories. Oh, and it’s a bake-off, too. People bring pies, everyone votes on them, and the winner receives a gift card to a cooking store. The next show takes place on Saturday, February 28, at Pros(e) of Pie’s new, larger space at Curious-on-Hudson in Dobbs Ferry (this is their second appearance there).

If you don’t have a pie, it’s okay—really—but bringing one (with notice) gets you in for free. This month’s storytelling theme: confessions.
