Paulo's Atelier, Bedford Hills, Pre-Launches Nectaya Ammonia-Free Hair Color

Paulo’s Atelier in Bedford Hills (725 Bedford Rd 914-666-2800; paulosatelier.com) was chosen to pre-launch Nectaya, Goldwell’s ammonia-free permanent hair color. “It is already a very popular line in Europe,” says Master Colorist Kathleen Troy. “It doesn’t fade at all, doesn’t turn red. We are really excited and clients are loving it, too.”
