Congrats, folks. We survived Winter Storm Stella. Snow totals are still coming in, and for much of Westchester totals hover between 10 and 15 inches. Our northern neighbors in Putnam, Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties received much more snow — up to 25 inches in some towns!
