You might already know about Hudson Valley Restaurant Week, from November 3 to 16, with nearly 200 restaurants (many in Westchester) offering three-course dinners for $29.95 and lunches for $20.95. Westchester restaurants participating for the first time include Destination Bistro (Yorktown Heights), The Twisted Oak (Tarrytown), L’Inizio (Ardsley), and Tagine (Croton-on-Hudson).
But our choices overflow even more this month with the inaugural, not-far-away Greenwich Restaurant Week, November 13 through 19. The more than 35 participating restaurants (each offering a different assortment of specials) include such as Char, Bistro Versailles, and Famous Greek Kitchen. All are worth a visit, and 21 retailers will give 10 percent off to people with a restaurant week receipt (note to other places: good idea).
