Open to the public, this 7,000-square-foot, easy-to-navigate space is chock full of kitchen supplies from Libbey glassware and CAC China to Robo Coupe food processors and Baker’s Pride ovens. Prices run from $3.72 for pocket thermometers to $10,000 for a Beverage-Air commercial refrigerator. High-volume discounts are available.
