New Rochelle Public Library Foundation’s annual CelebriTea

New Rochelle Public Library

Pulitzer Prize finalist Deborah Baker, award-winning music critic and author David Hajdu, and comic book blogger/author Brian Cronin headlined the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation’s annual CelebriTea. More than 80 were in attendance to hear the authors’ candid conversation about the craft of writing.
New York Times columnist and Westchester resident Kate Stone Lombardi, author of The Mama’s Boy Myth: Why Keeping Our Sons Close Makes Them Stronger, was emcee.
Baker’s lastest book, The Convert: A Tale of Exile and Extremism, details the life of Margaret Marcus of Larchmont, who converted to Islam from Judaism and moved to Lahore, Pakistan.
Funds raised by the CelebriTea support the New Rochelle Public Library Foundation.
