First Niagara Bank to Open Regional Headquarters in Westchester
First Niagara Bank is relocating its Tri-State leadership and commercial operations to a 30,000-square-foot second-floor office at 520 White Plains Road in Tarrytown. The bank plans to move approximately 75 current employees from its Nyack office and other locations to the new headquarters, which includes space for future growth. A move-in date is targeted for the end of this year, based on an estimate of the time needed to fully build out the space to meet the bank’s needs. “We are excited to be establishing our new regional headquarters in Westchester County, and into a space that enables us to have our entire team of banking professionals in one convenient location,” said Cathie Schaffer, Regional President of First Niagara’s Tri-State Region. “This market is extremely important to our commercial business expansion plans, and we look forward to serving the tri-state business community from such a prime location.”
Petroleum Kings Relocates to Bigger Space in Yonkers
Petroleum Kings, a distributor of heating oil and diesel that was recently named to the Inc 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the US, will move in mid-September to a 22,000-square-foot facility on Nepperhan Avenue in Yonkers.
The firm has outgrown its current New Rochelle headquarters. “It’s our strategy to keep fuel prices low by constantly improving efficiency,” said Petroleum Kings’ CEO Asmel Gonzalez. “For the first time we’ll have our trucks, garage, and office all in one location.” According to Gonzalez, “We invest more time and money servicing our trucks so they have fewer breakdowns. That makes deliveries more efficient and lets us charge less for fuel.” The move will also allow Petroleum Kings to hire more staff.
