7:30 p.m. – Decompress with floatation therapy
Now that the day is coming to a close and you’ve done a lot of walking, a great place to unwind and relieve some of that stress, both physical and mental, is Rise Above Floatation (111 E Main St; 914.241.1900). Here you can indulge in traditional massage therapy or partake in relaxing floatation therapy. If you don’t like the idea of silence, you can add music, whether it’s specially selected music by the establishment or your own personal music.
