Modera is a brand-new luxury midrise in the heart of downtown New Rochelle with an array of luxe amenities.

The grand opening of Modera New Rochelle took place on September 21, 2022, with city leaders and public figures coming together to welcome the new building. This development is the latest offering from Mill Creek Residential, a rental housing company focused on the development and operation of rental communities in target markets nationwide.
Modera New Rochelle prides itself on being built to NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) Green Building Standards. In addition, it aims to be an ideal accommodation for commuters, especially since the residence is a quick five-minute walk to the New Rochelle Metro-North station and home to locally-owned coffee shop, Cafetero.
