Westchester Hills GC welcomes Brian Giordano as its new head pro this season. Giordano’s prior positions include assistant pro spots at Sunningdale CC and Old Oaks CC. He’s joined at the Hills by new assistant pro Carly Peters.
Manhattan Woods GC has a new management team, starting with Club Manager Ian Gillule, formerly at Bayonne GC. He’s joined by Reid Howey in the head pro position. Howey comes to Manhattan Woods from Seminole and Oakmont.
Matt Belizze is the new head pro at Hudson Hills GC, the Westchester County-owned course in Ossining. Belizze started his golf career at Westchester Hills GC, then moved to Southward Ho CC on Long Island, where he served as an assistant pro for five years.
Jari Tompuri, a native of Finland who grew up in Carmel, NY, has moved into the head pro position at Putnam County GC in Mahopac. He returns “home” following stints in the top pro spot in Texas and Arkansas.
