Coldwell Banker’s Nelson Salazar Named One of NRT’s Top 1,000 Sales Associates
NRT, the largest residential real estate brokerage company in the United States, has named Nelson Salazar as one of the top 1,000 sales associates for the third quarter of 2016. The licensed Real Estate Sales Associate from Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Katonah is ranked in the top half of the quarterly list, which puts him in the top one percent of approximately 47,000 sales associates nationwide.

Jill Singer, the founder of Jill Singer Graphics was honored as the “Community Partner of the Year” at the annual Philanthropy Awards Breakfast at Tappan Hill in Tarry town, NY by the Association of Development Officers (ADO). Each year the ADO showcases examples of philanthropy, fundraising, and volunteerism and celebrates their impact on the area. Jill Singer donates her graphic design and marketing services to promote events and encourage membership. In addition she has committed most of her career to supporting Westchester nonprofits.

Peters has been named to Barron’s list of America’s Top 1,200 Advisors: 2017 State-by-State. Pace University Student Taslim Tavarez Garcia Named a 2017 Truman Scholar
Taslim Tavarez Garcia, a junior at Pace University’s Dyson College of Arts and Sciences, is one of just 62 students to be selected as 2017 Truman Scholar. Garcia has established a student organization called ABRIR (which means “to open” in Spanish; Advocates Bring Resources to Immigrant & Refugees) that hosts college application workshops to undocumented students. In addition interns at the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs, and she volunteers and recruits Pace students to volunteer for the office’s “We Are New York” program.
