More than 160 guests attended the Hudson Valley Bounty: A Celebration of Winter at the Hudson River Museum in Yonkers. Following a cocktail reception and hors d’oeuves by Mark Kramer of Susan Lawrence in Chappaqua, guests sat down to a five-course feast with courses by Honorary Chair Peter X. Kelly (X2O Xaviars on the Hudson, Yonkers); Vincent Barcelona (Harvest on Hudson, Hastings-On-Hudson); Eric Gabrynowicz (Restaurant North, Armonk); Ethan Kostbar (Moderne Barn, Armonk); and Maarten Steenman (La Tulipe Desserts, Mount Kisco).
Dodd’s Wine Shop in Millwood, Atlantic Wines & Spirits of Astoria, Queens, and Diagro Chateau and Estate Wine Company of Napa, CA, provided the wines.
The event benefited the Museum’s programs and exhibitions.
