How to Empower Girls With Your Fall Wardrobe From Nordstrom

Nordstrom is giving back with its own charitable brand, Treasure&Bond.

Whether you’re giddy or frenzied at the prospect of filling out your fall wardrobe, Nordstrom is giving shoppers a good reason to stock up on new fashions. Five percent of profits from its first private-label “give-back brand,” Treasure&Bond, are set to benefit nonprofits that help empower women and girls.

Its first beneficiary (through December) is Girls Inc., “an organization that’s empowering girls in the US and Canada to be strong, smart, and bold,” according to a statement. Check out Girls Inc.’s Westchester chapter here.

Featuring moderately priced ($28 to $328) favorites like under-$100 denim, classic moto jackets, and flannel shirts, the contemporary in-house line—perfect for teens, Millenials, and trend-watchers—is for sale at the White Plains store now.
