Hillary Clinton stopped off of the campaign trail in Iowa Thursday morning to speak at a fundraiser in White Plains.
The Democratic presidential candidate appeared at a fundraiser breakfast at the RPW Group building at 1133 Westchester Ave. Clinton, a Chappaqua resident and former Secretary of State, spoke for about 40 minutes. The speech touched on several issues Clinton has made central to her campaign, such as the economy, wage inequality, education, healthcare, and the tone of the campaigning thus far in the presidential race.

Clinton also noted her connections to the area, recalling a stop in White Plains 24 years ago when she was campaigning for her husband, President Bill Clinton.
“I love, love, love New York,” Clinton said. “I love every part of it. Every one of its idiosyncrasies and the people who inhabit our state, from Montauk to Buffalo.”
The event was attended by US Representative Nita Lowey, Assemblyman David Buchwald, White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach, and New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson, according to The Journal News. Tickets to the event ranged from $250 to $2,700 per plate.
There’s just four days until the Iowa caucuses. The latest polls, released by NBC News, The Wall Street Journal and Marist this morning, have Clinton with a narrow three-point edge on challenger Bernie Sanders. Clinton has another fundraiser in New York City this afternoon, after which she will return to campaigning in Iowa.
